The song I’m Jealous of You was written with some contemplative thoughts about love and loss. The song talks about how when some people break up , they move on… like it was nothing. Some people have a hard time wondering how the other person can move on so quickly after it’s over. It’s about wishing they could do that same thing, but because they can’t, they are jealous of the other person’s ability to move on so quickly. Not jealous of the person, but envious that they can just move on.
